- SHIPPING
INFORMATION

We ship most orders by USPS Priority Mail,
some small orders go our first class. Large
orders may ship by UPS, depending on the size.
Any order over $100 ships for free, our choice
of shipping method. Some of our items are made
to order, so the shipping will be delayed. We
have all of our times listed on the individual
pages of products.

- RETURN POLICY

We do not except returns on
any fragrance oils or bath and beauty
products. This is done because we want to make
sure all of our products are safe for our
customers and returns on the oils and beauty
products may compromise this. If we make a
mistake and send you the wrong product, we
will send you the right one at our expense,
plus you can keep the product that was shipped
by mistake. For our oil lamps, reed diffusers,
and products of that nature, we do except
returns. Products must be returned within 14
days from the date that you receive the item.
Please email us for an RA# with your reason
for the return.

BACK ORDERS/OUT OF
STOCK ITEMS
Most of the time we can get out
of stock items back in stock within 5-7 business
days. Since we can do this so quickly we don't
keep track of back orders. If your order
includes an out of stock item, you will be
notified and have the following options. Remove
the item(s) from your order and have the rest of
the order shipped. Wait for the out of stock
item(s) to come in and have the entire order
shipped together.
